Best Fat Burning Exercise Plan

When people exercise they have a tendency to do exactly the same routine each week and get sick of it and quit. You need to improve your workout routine every week, still maintaining the exercise routine but allow it to be different to what you will normally be doing as well as perhaps attend a seminar about correct foods to end that will help you lose the weight.

1. Exercise very first thing every day Don't eat breakfast until you have done 30 mins of exercise first thing in the morning, this is because your body is in its prime time for fat burning and your metabolism gets a blast throughout the day. To lose much more fat do another workout a couple of hours after you will really get your metabolism going and do much more fat burning.

2. Fat-blasting workout This specific workouts are keeping one's heart elevated although not to the point where you are out of breath. A suggested 40-45 minutes (beginners can begin with 20 minutes) of power walking or light jogging, can be performed three to five days weekly according to your level of experience.

3. Interval training workouts This is incorporating higher intensity exercise with lower intensity training where you stand encouraged to go at a fast pace for a short period of time then bring your exercise level way down this will certainly get the heart-rate going and fat burning. The key to fat burning plan is making sure your body continues to burn plenty of calories 24 to 48 hours after the workout.

4. Eat small meals With the day rather than a big lunch and dinner, just have 4-5 mini meals spaced 3 hours apart.

Don't forget to warm up before starting some of the exercises as you should not injure yourself. If unsure of the exercises or information above then ask your doctor or friendly gym trainer before you begin.
